Notice is given that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Elmira Heights, N.Y. Will conduct a Public

Hearing at 7:00 pm on November 12, 2024 at the Village Complex 215 Elmwood Avenue, Elmira Heights

N.Y. to change Section 209 Part 1 Article V: Removal and Storage of Vehicles of the Elmira Heights Village Codes.

Copies of the proposed local law are available at the Village Hall during regular

business hours.
