PUBLIC NOTICE

Voting for the Elmira Heights 2026 Village General Election in Chemung County, New York, will be held on the 18th day of March, 2026, to be conducted in one election district at the Village Hall at 215 Elmwood Avenue, Elmira Heights, New York.

The polls shall be opened at the Village Hall between the hours of 12:00 noon to 9:00 PM.

Positions open for election are as follows: Village Justice, Trustee 1, Trustee 2.

CANDIDATES

Gary M. Patelunas, 159 E. 19th St., for Trustee; 4-year term.

Arthur R. Churches, 266 W. 17th St., for Trustee; 4-year term.

Christian M. Pelchar, 277 Robinwood Ave., for Village Justice; 4-year term.
