The Village of Elmira Heights (the Village) is seeking proposals (with project specific qualifications and
experience) for professional consulting services related to the listed project.
o The consultant services provided under this contract will be development of an engineering
evaluation of improvements to address shortcomings of the Village’s existing 17 th Street Flood
Control Basin and improve the performance, safety, and reliability of this facility.
o The work will include obtaining communication with the Village of Elmira Heights, meeting with the
Village on a periodic basis, and the completion of an engineering evaluation.

The 17 th Street Flood Control Basin Engineering Evaluation can be obtained from the Village of Elmira

Consultants or consultant teams are required to submit a digital PDF copy of their Proposal for
Engineering Services outlined herein on or before January 20, 2025 by 2:00 PM. Selected proposers may
be required to provide oral and visual presentations to the Selection Committee.
