The board meeting will be held at the Village Hall, located at 215 Elmwood Ave.

Notice is given that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Elmira Heights, N.Y. Will conduct a Public
Hearing at 7:00 pm on October 1, 2024 at the Village Complex 215 Elmwood Avenue, Elmira Heights
N.Y. Regarding Local Law #2 of 2024 to change Section 209 of the Elmira Heights Village Codes regarding
Parking Schedules. Copies of the proposed local law are available at the Village Hall during regular
business hours.

The next public and stakeholder input survey is now live on the Chemung County Planning Department website (link is below). This simple one question survey is asking the public and stakeholders to give input on the types of actions they would like to see our municipalities and the county take for future mitigation projects and planning.
