The Elmira Heights Village Board will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, August 21, 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Village Hall located at 215 Elmwood Ave. in Elmira Heights, NY 14903 to vote to allow Julie Chevalier’s company, Community Progress, Inc., to help administer the CDBG Microenterprise Grant.
