will meet on Tuesday, September 30, 2024 at
7:00pm, at the Elmira Heights Village Hall, 215
Elmwood Avenue, Elmira Heights, NY, for a use
variance regarding 100 McCauley Ave. Mr.
Wallace Kohler III wishes to relocate his gym at
this property, which is not zoned for commercial
use.

This is a continuation of the previous meeting
held on September 10, 2024.

All interested parties will be given an
opportunity to be heard at this time.
